an lovely tropical escape

i found the free shuttle service very convenient. it took me to the town center (near the art market). i really appreciated the hotel's value, considering the level of service.
the room smelled a little damp upon arrival. i believe this was due to some unfinished wood used in the room's decor. it dissipated after a short while though.

i enjoyed the freshly made breakfast each morning. the breakfast buffet offered indonesian delicacies, pastries, and a variety of fruits. the service was excellent, and the food was good (i especially liked trying local flavors).

Really good Jungle Getaway

I spent several days at this AMAZING hotel. The pool overlooks the jungle and offers an very nice view. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile (even early in the morning!). Breakfast combined a la carte options with a generous buffet.
The Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of the room.

The suite was spacious and clean, with two separate sinks. There was also a rainfall shower in the bathroom. The room included daily afternoon tea service and a comfortable seating area with great views.

The infinity pool provides fine views of the surrounding jungle. It is just amazing. A free shuttle operates to the center every two hours. The gym contains some useful equipment.

The breakfast included many choices with both buffet and à la carte options. Everything tasted fresh. The restaurant offers nice food, though a few improvements could be made to the menu. Breakfast was GREAT (especially the pancakes!).

the room had a king size bed it felt luxurious the sheets were freshly steamed every day i was grateful the resort shuttle ran into town every couple of hours since my room was located at the lower part of the hotel i could call reception to request a pick-up it was very helpful i was thankful for that the on-site spa was lovely it made it easy to enjoy some extra relaxation
the menu prices for in-room dining and the bar by the pool were not current when i paid i noticed the difference

The breakfast choice was excellent. I found it quite satisfactory.
The room was not clean. I observed a mold smell that was unbearable. The towels also had a bad smell with spots all over them, I found it unacceptable for the price. One towel even had a hole.

The staff were very attentive. The customer service was perfect! the pool area was beautiful. I enjoyed the wet edge pool. the free shuttle to the center was very useful. I used it every day. there was a quiet atmosphere. It allowed for complete relaxation.
the gym seemed to be missing equipment, the fitness area had only one treadmill.
